Dominican Day at the Ballpark 2019: New York Yankees

The contributions of players from the Dominican Republic past and present were celebrated with nearly a dozen Dominican Day at the Ballpark events at MLB stadiums throughout 2019, a years-long tradition hosted by the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism and LatinoBaseball.com. 

At Yankee Stadium in New York City, players Gary Sanchez, Miguel Andujar, Dellin Betances, Edwin Encarnacion, Luis Severino and Domingo German were recognized for their achievements before the game.
